Refund & Cancellation Policy – Dream Culture

1. Reservation Deposit (Land Sales)

• All deposits made to reserve property are non-refundable.

• If a buyer fails to complete payment within the agreed timeline without formal communication, the property may be relisted for sale.

• Should the seller cancel the transaction due to internal reasons, the buyer is entitled to a full refund of the deposit.

2. Service Bookings (e.g., Consultations, Virtual Tours, BnB Management Services)

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a 50% refund of the service fee.

• Cancellations made within 4 days or less of the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations are considered non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the same payment method used.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to: cathykabuchi.ltd@gmail.com

4. Exceptions

• In the event of emergencies, clients may request to reschedule (subject to availability).

• Dream Culture reserves the right to assess each case individually and may offer partial credit at its discretion.
